Aspire Commerce is a division of Aspire Payments ("Aspire", "we", "us"). These terms govern your use of our website and any informational materials we provide. Paid services are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work signed at engagement.

You may use this site for lawful informational and commercial-evaluation purposes. You may not scrape it for commercial resale, attempt to reverse-engineer protected systems, or use it to transmit malware or unlawful content.

All content on this site — copy, code, designs, logos, marks — is owned by Aspire Payments or its licensors. The Aspire wordmark is a trademark of Aspire Payments. WooCommerce is a trademark of Automattic Inc., used here nominatively.

Project pricing, scope, deliverables, and warranties are defined in a Statement of Work signed by both parties. In the event of conflict between these website terms and an executed SOW, the SOW controls.

Information shared during scope conversations is treated as confidential whether or not marked. We sign mutual NDAs on request and offer them as standard for Multipliers engagements.

The website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that information here is current, complete, or error-free. Performance metrics quoted in case studies reflect specific engagements and are not promised outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aspire's aggregate liability arising from your use of this website is limited to USD $100. Engagement liability is governed by the SOW.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance.
